Jujube fruit are often eaten dry, canned or sometimes made into a wine.
First hydrate the seeds by soaking them in water for three days. Sow in a well-drained spot in the sun. It is not fussy about soil quality or pH. Once you see the shoots, it will grow very fast up to a height of 7-10m at maturity. The tree is very resistant to cold temperatures, but only bears good crops of fruit in warmer climates.
